Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Install and configure conferencing equipment for boardrooms & meeting spaces
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
Provide technical support to employees (onsite and remote)
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups
Assist with network setup and maintenance (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Document technical procedures, issues, and resolutions
Coordinate with external vendors when necessary
Support cybersecurity initiatives and enforce IT policies
