White Sand Water Sports is seeking applicants for the position of Watersport Guide / Reservations Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding nighttime Bio Bay tours, helping set up and break down equipment each evening, and ensuring all equipment is cleaned and well maintained. The position also requires taking reservations for water sports activities throughout the day and evening and coordinating tour bookings. A minimum of two (2) years' experience relevant to the role is required. Applicants must be comfortable working on and around the water, including at night, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates must have their own reliable transportation, be knowledgeable about bioluminescence, and have experience working in the tourism and hospitality industry. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Salary Range and Benefits: KYD $8.75-$10.00 per hour, working 45 hours per week. Benefits as required by law. Working Conditions: Outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Must be comfortable working on and around the water, including during nighttime tours. Special Skill Requirements: Knowledge of marine environment and strong customer service and communication skills.
