Construction Worker / Laborer

The Construction Worker will be working outside at the site. The Construction Worker will handle manual tasks at the construction site. There will be heavy lifting from time to time.

The Construction worker will be expected to perform the following

• Prepare construction sites, tools and materials.
• Work with concrete, and related building materials such as wood, windows, trim and other household items.
• Assist contractors and tradesmen such as carpenters, masons, electricians and plumbers.
• Operate construction equipment such as concrete mixers, jackhammers, saws, drills, and more.
• Transport, load and unload building materials, equipment and tools.
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during construction projects, making recommendations to keep projects on track.

This is a job that requires the Construction Worker to be on-site and willing to work outside in all weather conditions. This is a fixed term position for a one-to-three-year period.
