MASON/ STEEL FIXER/GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

We are seeking a multi-skilled construction worker to perform a variety of tasks, including masonry, steel fixer, and general construction work. The role requires flexibility to switch between duties to support efficient project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• *Multi-Task Duties:**
• Perform masonry, steel fixing, and general labor tasks as assigned on-site.
• Adapt quickly to different phases of construction projects.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• *Masonry:**
• Lay bricks, blocks, and stones for walls, foundations, and structures.
• Prepare and apply mortar and concrete mixes.
• Repair and maintain existing masonry work.
• *Steel Fixing:**
• Cut, bend, and fix reinforcement steel (rebar) based on project drawings.
• Install rebar for slabs, beams, columns, and foundations.
• Ensure proper spacing, tying, and positioning before concrete pouring.
• *General Construction:**
• Assist with site setup, material handling, and cleanup.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Support other trades (carpentry, formwork, concreting, etc.).
• Follow instructions from supervisors and engineers.
• *Skills & Requirements:**
• Experience in masonry and steel fixing is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• *Working Conditions:**
• Outdoor construction sites in varying weather conditions.
• Physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing).
• May involve working at heights or with heavy materials.
