Multi-Purpose Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Multi-Purpose Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, packaging orders, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; organize and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for collection accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following proper safety protocols.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks as needed.
• Inspect products for damages and report any discrepancies or defects to the supervisor.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
• Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, handle deliveries, schedule appointments, and provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
