Job Description

RD Consultant Agency Services Ltd T/A Twenty Two Thrift Shop is looking for a Sales Representative/General Helper with superb interpersonal skill as well as A commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and direct customers, assisting them in locating desired shop items. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services). Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing. Cross-sell products. Manage returns of merchandise. Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times). Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager. Stay up to date with new products/services. Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly. Restock depleted or low shop items and ensure the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines. Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases. Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies. Addressing and resolving customers' complaints professionally. Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed. Keeping the best visual marketing and shop conditions possible. Keep the retail area tidy, clean, and sanitary. Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, which include wiping down windows, mirrors, and fixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shop floor.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales. Ability to stand for long periods. Knowledge of point-of-sale software. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work on weekends and holidays. With a clean police record.
