Handle Pestkil’s most complex and technical work — termite inspections and Sentricon baiting, bed-bug heat treatments, and difficult commercial and food-handling accounts, plus escalations and re-treatment investigations — while continuing to run a billable field route.
Mentor, coach and train technicians (ride-alongs, toolbox and technical training); carry out quality-control audits and check service notes, device maps and reports against work done, supporting commercial-audit readiness; convert inspections to quotes and sales and support retention on assigned key accounts; and provide coordination support with daily scheduling, emergency cover and stock checks.
Act as a safety role model, applying Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and label/PPE/SDS discipline and coaching it in others.
Qualifications & experience (essential)
Seven years’ proven Service Technician performance with a strong quality and safety record; a Certified Sentricon Specialist (or able to achieve this within an agreed period) with competence in termite and heat-treatment work; Safe Use & Handling of pesticide training; strong PestPac proficiency; NPMA QualityPro / Pro Certified, or progress toward ACE / ACE-International; and commercial food-safety and IPM audit familiarity.
Strong skills in advanced pest diagnostics and treatment design, coaching and training delivery, quality control and auditing, consultative selling and account management.
