CASHIER

We are looking for a reliable and customer- focused Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for handling transactions accurately and effectively while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic math abilities, and a positive attitude.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

• Greet customer warmly and assist them with purchases.
• Scan goods and ensure accurate pricing.
• Assisting customers with fuel purchases.
• Process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, etc.)
• Issue receipts.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Follow company policies and security procedures.
• Checks products expiration dates.
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise when needed.
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced retail environment that includes both Indoor and Outdoor duties.
• May require morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts. (Morning shift starts @6am, Evening Shifts starts @1pm until 10pm)
• Standing for extended periods(frequent walking)
• May work when one is sick.
• May work during busy periods with high customer traffic.
• Have a flexible time.
