Key Responsibilities

• Perform manicures and pedicures, including cleaning, shaping, and polishing nails
• Apply gel, acrylic, and BIAB nail enhancements
• Create custom nail art using techniques like airbrushing, stamping, and freehand designs
• Provide hand and foot massages and reflexology to enhance circulation and relaxation
• Offer massage therapy, including relaxation and deep tissue techniques
• Conduct waxing and threading for hair removal
• Maintain sanitation and sterilization of tools and workstations
• Consult with clients on nail health, recommending treatments and products
• Stay updated on trends and techniques in nail care and design
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive salon experience

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Nail Technology & Beauty Therapy
• Minimum six years of experience in the industry
• Strong knowledge of nail anatomy, hygiene, skin physiology, beauty treatments, and safety protocols
• Expertise in nail treatments and enhancements, including Polygel and advanced knowledge of the BIAB product, BIAB application and BIAB maintenance.
• Experience with various beauty services and techniques, such as waxing, threading, reflexology, and massage techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
