ProStars Ltd. is seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher to perform drywall installation, repair and finishing works on residential and commercial construction projects. The successful applicant must be able to produce smooth, high-quality finishes while working efficiently to meet project schedules.
Measure, cut and install drywall panels on walls and ceilings; apply drywall tape and joint compound; fill joints, cracks, holes and other surface imperfections; sand and smooth surfaces to achieve the required finish; repair damaged drywall; prepare walls and ceilings for painting and final finishes; install corner beads and other finishing components; safely operate drywall hand and power tools; estimate and prepare materials required for assigned tasks; maintain tools and equipment; and keep work areas clean and compliant with site safety requirements.
Minimum three (3) years of relevant drywall installation and finishing experience. Applicants must have practical knowledge of drywall materials, taping, joint compound application, sanding and surface preparation. Strong attention to detail, good workmanship, reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a construction team are required. Two reference letters from previous employers or Human Resources Managers must be provided.
