managing and conducting high level litigation for local and international clients
advocacy in Courts and Tribunals (including arbitral tribunals)
managing and developing client relations;
participating in business development activities; and
contributing to non-chargeable activities of the firm including preparing contributions to periodicals and participating in industry seminars and conferences
have a minimum of seen (7) years' post qualification experience as an attorney-at-law (or equivalent) in a Commonwealth country or territory;
have experience in the areas of civil and commercial rrt:igation, Family Law, Employment, Probate Law and be required to undertake a range of commercial litigation for international clients;
demonstrate commercial awareness and have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills;
be self-motivated and have the ability to meet deadlines, prioritise work from various sources and work to meet deadlines as necessary;
possess proven business development skills;
contribute to the management and development of professional and support staff;
