See and Sea Tours Ltd., T/A Cayman in a Nutshell, is actively seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Driver/Tour Guide. This position involves working 25 hours with us and an additional 20 hours with Capt. Marvin's Watersports Ltd., T/A Anna's Watersports. We're looking for a dedicated individual who is ready to make a significant impact. Job of driver/ tour guide is very straight forward position. Applicant will be a driver / tour guide and will be required to do transfers and tours where they inform guests on the island and its history when doing a tour. Training is provided by our company and a friendly, well-groomed person with an outgoing personality is a must as you will be face to face with tourists on a daily basis. Applicant will be picking up guests and transporting to and from the airport and also transporting guests to other locations on the island such as attractions and restaurants. Applicant will also have to tour guests coming off of the cruise ships. Must be at least 25 years of age due to insurance requirements and have held a valid driver's license for at least 5 years in the category of vehicle being hired to drive. Successful applicants should know the island and its attractions. Have a valid CI Group 3 or 4 driver’s license. Successful applicants will have to make an application through our company to the Public Transport Board (PTB) to be able to drive a tour bus. The PTB application process includes fitness to drive medical exam with a drug test, police and traffic records, and proof of Valid CI Group 3 or greater driver's license. There is also a written exam as part of the PTB application. Before taking the exam, the applicant will receive study material which has all of the island information in it to sit the general knowledge exam. This process will be explained in more detail to the applicant during the interview. Applicant must be healthy enough to lift to 50 lbs. (guest luggage). Must have a clean police record
