PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide full mutual fund administration services in accordance with the Administrative Services Agreement, with each fund, for a portfolio of mutual funds. Oversee a team and assist, in the areas of client relations, and internal and external reporting.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 To be responsible for the management and monitoring of service delivery by a fund accounting services team.  Review Net Asset Value calculations (“NAV”) prepared by team members  Prepare and perform timely and accurate NAV calculations  Perform timely and accurate fund accounting utilizing the InvestOne fund accounting system.  Review General Ledgers for accuracy and agreement to NAV’s.  Review NAVs for general performance in line with relevant market indices.  Ensure timely distribution of NAVs to Investment Advisors/Managers and pricing sources.  Prepare and maintain any spreadsheets which are necessary to fulfil the NAV calculation and/or review process and financial statements.  Review of certain funds assigned to you with respect to subscription/redemptions/transfers of participating shares  Assist with other Administrative functions  Check accuracy of payments for expenses and fees and if an authorized signatory, co- sign such instructions.  Ensure that fee payments are processed on a timely manner.  Ensure that all fund documentation has been appropriately filed  Ensure that the fund operates in accordance with its Offering Memorandum (in particular with reference to any investment restrictions) and Articles and Memorandum of Association.  For those funds assigned or as otherwise requested, assist in the preparation of the audit file including completion of draft financial statements.  Provide assistance to auditors to ensure that audit assignments are completed in a timely manner, training of team members in the audit process as appropriate  Management and training of team members, conducting appraisals and performance management reviews.  Check, delegate and monitor the work of team members and ensure team’s adherence to their contractual obligations.  Preparation and review of reports for management meetings  Assist with certain statutory functions  Ensure that all changes to the operations of the fund are properly minuted.  Provide general support

 Provide timely responses in relation to all queries from

 Custodians and bankers  Sponsor/Investment Manager  Shareholders  Auditors  Regulatory authorities  Lawyers  Other employees of the Group  Awareness and adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group's policies, procedures and guidelines, including the Group's core values and expected behaviours, acting as a guide in this respect to more junior members of the team  Deputize in the absence of more senior team members when required.  Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times  Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures  Ensure the spirit of JTC is engendered and shared within the Group  Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Board

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
