Food and Beverage Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the bars and restaurant on the property, and supervision of F&B Servers. Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Supervise and schedule food and beverage staff Ensure customer satisfaction Resolve customer complaints, as well as internal conflict amongst staff Order and maintain inventory control costs
