Job Description

Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
Keeping the bar stocked and clean while
Providing friendly and attentive service
Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
Inventory tracking, cash handling and reconciliation
Ability to use POS system: Aloha and Online ordering app
Candidate is required to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Clear Police Record is required.
