Must have experience applying finishes, maintaining, and restoring plaster or similar materials on interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and building partitions. Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels around mechanical structures; tape and sand drywall to a level 5 finish. Must be able to construct, install, and repair drywall for commercial and industrial purposes. Must be able to read blueprints and drawings to accurately calculate materials needed. Build, erect, install, and repair forms, structures, cabinets, doors, frameworks, wood floors, and other wooden fixtures for buildings, both indoors and outdoors, using woodworking machines, hand tools, and power tools. Stay up to date on all safety procedures and regulations, and follow them rigorously. Minimum 10 years of experience in carpentry and drywall installation and finishing MUST be reliable and punctual, willing to work overtime and on short notice. Driver's license and own transportation preferred.
