Lead Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to assist with the supervision and coordination of small crews and an individual who can perform rough and finish carpentry on residential and commercial construction projects. Experience with basic plumbing and electrical work is considered an asset.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• assembling and installing heavy-duty Peri Formwork Systems
• measuring and cutting materials
• ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to specifications
• maintaining tools and equipment
• coordinating with site management to meet project deadlines
• organizing daily work activities
• reading and interpreting construction drawings
• performing layout work

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, hardworking, safety-conscious, and willing to work flexible hours as project requirements dictate.
