Employee must know all stations in the kitchen - Saute, grill, cold appetizer and dessert - with a focus on dessert in particular. Creativity, attention to detail, time management & manual dexterity a must. High volume restaurant so must be versatile and quick on your feet. Must ensure that food is of the highest quality, and that the kitchen is in in a good, clean and hygienic condition. Split shifts, holidays and weekends a must.
