Daily responsibilities include assist management of Reef Divers Dive Operation in Cayman Brac. Deliver exceptional customer service and guest relations. Administrative duties including Scheduling & Forecasting, Reservations, Accounting, Human Resources and Supervise Boat/Compressor/Dive Equipment Maintenance. Manage Budgets and Costs. Direct and Supervise Staff of Dive PADI/SSI Professionals on guiding guests with uncompromised safety protocols on up to 4 dives per day (including night dives), piloting dive boats, conducting SCUBA diving instructional courses, maintaining SCUBA equipment and working with high pressure air systems, general boat maintenance and working in dive center retail shop. Professional attitude required at all times and daily duties must be performed while showcasing exceptional guest service. Applicant must be a certified SCUBA Instructor in active status and have Boat Captain credentials and experience.
