CASHIER / STORE CLEANER

Cellular Master Ltd. is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier / Store Cleaner to support daily retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and supporting overall store efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service
• Process sales transactions accurately using a retail point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods responsibly
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts and perform basic reconciliation
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
• Maintain cleanliness of the store including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
• Organize shelves and assist with stock replenishment
• Support inventory checks and storage organization
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Perform other general store duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service roles
• Experience using retail POS systems (experience with Loyverse or similar systems is an advantage)
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and numerical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Clean police record required

Working Conditions Normal working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., inclusive of a one (1) hour unpaid meal break. Application Requirements Applicants may be required to provide police clearance, valid identification, and health/fitness confirmation where applicable.
