The Behavior Technician is a para-professional, part of a multi-disciplinary team under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, providing direct 1:1 interventions to children in the clinic, home, school, and community setting. The Behavior Technician must have excellent organizational skills and perform well in stressful situations. The Technician will teach communication, social, and living skills while working to reduce problematic behaviors. Will monitor the progress of the treatment plan and work closely with the BCBA to update the treatment plan as needed. The Behaviour Technician must follow the policies and procedures of Cayman ABA to ensure a fun, safe, and positive environment for our clients. Applicants must be a qualified Behaviour Technician with either RBT, IBT or ABAT credential, and be actively pursuing their BCBA, BCaBA or QASP-s credential.
