Ability to carry out Minor Repairs and Maintenance on Commercial and Domestic properties with knowledge of Masonry and Carpentry as well as yard clearing and deep cleaning. Must be able to be on call for off hour emergencies that may occur at a residence with an active contract with the employer. Able to move at least 100 pounds and work in a labor intense environment.
