General Helper / Kitchen Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of chefs.
• Prepare and package food for takeout orders, handle customer calls to take orders, and process cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize guest bathroom.
• Help with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
