Handyman

A reputable maintenance company is seeking an experienced Handyman to provide repair and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients.

• Perform general repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, painting, drywall, simple plumbing and fixture installation.
• Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Inspect properties to give quotations, identify maintenance needs and complete assigned work orders.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and provide professional customer service.
• Travel to various residential and commercial job sites.
• Effective communication

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years’ relevant handyman or property-maintenance experience.
• Broad practical repair and maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Must have own tools of the trade
• Must have valid Cayman Islands driver’s licence.

Relevant trade qualifications are an asset.
