Deliver route-based pest management — general pest, rodent, lawn & plant, and supporting termite/Sentricon and heat-treatment work — to residential and commercial customers using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles.
Inspect and identify pests, conducive conditions and entry points; apply approved treatments strictly to product label and SDS; complete scheduled routes and meet appointment windows; educate customers on findings and prevention; record all work accurately in PestPac; and keep the vehicle, equipment and chemical stock clean, secure and well-stocked.
Qualifications & experience (essential)
Minimum five years’ in-field experience with a reputable pest control company; a current pest control license/certification; sound knowledge of pest biology, behavior and treatment selection; customer-facing experience across residential and commercial accounts; secondary education to a good standard with literacy and numeracy to follow label mixing instructions; fluent English; physically able to perform the work (lifting ~35–50 lb, ladders, crawl spaces, attics, varied conditions); and a valid, clean driver’s license.
NPMA QualityPro-style core training, or willingness to pass an equivalent exam.
