Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to email, telephone calls and complaints. Coordinate with Cruise Line regarding tour that Webster's Tours are offering, confirming tour description, timing, pricing and scheduling the tour. Conducts post-tour evaluation, analyses and reports response. Providing quotation in regards to customers/group contact/vendor. Answering all inquiries via email or telephone calls. Arranging, cleaning, fixing schedule in order for the dispatcher and driver to understand the daily schedule of transfers and tours.
