Primary Caregiver

On behalf of a family organization, we are seeking two highly skilled, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to provide comprehensive daily and overnight care for two elderly family members. These positions are vital to ensuring the individuals’ health, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities Daytime Caregiver Provide mobility support, assist with personal care, and ensure medication is taken on schedule. Support prescribed exercise routines and physiotherapy programs. Accompany individuals on outings, medical appointments, and social activities while ensuring safety. Deliver basic medical support, including first aid and monitoring vital needs. Nighttime Caregiver Monitor health and safety needs during the night and respond promptly to any assistance required. Manage light medical tasks, such as medication and first aid. Offer companionship and reassurance, fostering a calm and supportive environment. Shared Responsibilities Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs. Act as a trusted companion, fostering emotional and mental well-being. Coordinate with family members, healthcare professionals, and each other to ensure seamless care. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in caregiving, nursing, or healthcare assistance. Prior experience with stoma/colostomy care is an asset. First Aid certification (required); nursing or healthcare qualifications (preferred). Valid driver’s licence for appointments and travel support. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support two individuals simultaneously. Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional care. Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly salary: KYD 600. Housing allowance: KYD 150 per week.
