MIRACLE RENOVATIONS & MAINTENANCE LTD. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Carpenter Helper to assist skilled carpenters with renovation, maintenance, and construction projects. Responsibilities Assist with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood, plywood, drywall, trim, and fixtures. Support framing, cabinetry, door/window installation, and finish carpentry. Prepare, organize, and safely use tools and materials. Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment. Assist with basic carpentry, repairs, sanding, drilling, fastening, and assembly. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Follow instructions, safety procedures, building codes, and PPE requirements. Work closely with carpenters, supervisors, and other trades. Report safety hazards, material needs, and project concerns promptly. Qualifications 3-4 years’ experience as a Carpenter Helper or in construction/carpentry. Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and construction practices. Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools. Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing demanding tasks. Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team. Good communication skills and professional attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Clean police record.
