MARKETING ASSISTANT / SPA THERAPIST

Meraki Wellness, Grand Cayman, is seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant / Spa Therapist for a specialist dual role combining luxury spa therapy with marketing and brand support.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ professional Spa Therapist experience within a five-star luxury spa, hotel, resort or premium wellness environment.
• CIDESCO qualification or recognised international equivalent.
• Proven experience personally treating VIP, high-profile, press and influencer guests, demonstrating exceptional discretion and five-star service.
• Minimum 3 years’ professional marketing experience with an international beauty or wellness brand.
• Proven experience in digital/social media marketing, content creation, copywriting, email marketing, PR, influencer campaigns and events.
• Strong experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads/AdWords and CRM systems. Zenoti Spa Software experience required.
• Excellent written and spoken English and exceptional professional presentation.

Applicants must meet the essential requirements of both the Spa Therapist and Marketing components of this position. Salary: USD$55,000–CI$70,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, excluding breaks. Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public/bank holidays, is required. Benefits: Health Insurance & Pension as per law requirements
