Job Description

Office Clerk Wanted – Real Estate Office A busy real estate office is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Office Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assist with the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner Greeting clients, agents, and visitors Filing, scanning, and organizing property and client documents Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records Preparing letters, forms, contracts, and other office documents Scheduling appointments, property viewings, and meetings Supporting agents with listings, marketing materials, and client correspondence Managing office supplies and assisting with general clerical duties Assisting with the coordination of property files, tenancy documents, and sales records Ensuring confidential client and property information is handled appropriately

Requirements

At least (3) years of clerical experience in a real estate office Good understanding of real estate office procedures, including handling listings, client files, contracts, and property-related documentation Ability to assist with preparing and organizing sales agreements, lease documents, property files, and other transaction records Strong attention to detail when managing property information, client records, and important deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to learn and use real estate software, listing platforms, and document management systems Strong communication and customer service skills when dealing with clients, agents, landlords, tenants, and service providers Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office Professional appearance, discretion, and a positive attitude Knowledge of local real estate processes and documentation would be an asset A valid Cayman Islands drivers license Must be able to provide two (2) employment references from most recent employers Must present a clean police record from the Cayman Islands
