Ana Maria McLaughlin T/A R.A.M Discount Store is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Ram Discount Store. The ideal candidate will assist customers, support daily store operations, and help maintain a clean and organized shopping environment The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers locate products and answer basic inquiries. Operate the cash register and process sales accurately. Handle cash, card payments, and receipts properly. Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is well organized. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store. Assist with inventory checks and stock control. Report low stock or damaged items to management. Support promotional displays and store merchandising. Follow all store policies and customer service standards.
An associate’s degree or a high school diploma. Retail sales experience. A professional appearance. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements. The ability to read, write, and perform basic math. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Available to work on weekends and holidays. With a Clean Police record.
