Chichi’s Liquor and Grocery Store is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to help with general repairs and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our store remains in top condition for our customers and staff.

• ******Key Responsibilities*********

Perform general maintenance tasks, including light repairs, painting, and minor plumbing. Conduct inspections of the store to identify areas needing repair or maintenance. Repair and install fixtures, shelving, signage, and equipment as required. Address minor electrical or mechanical issues promptly. Keep maintenance and storage areas clean and organized. Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs if necessary.

• **********Requirements*********
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with the ability to use the company vehicle for errands. Must be at least 25 years of age as per insurance policy for the company's car.
• At least 5 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Certified and knowledgeable of plumbing, electrical, and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to quality service
