Job Title: Janitor Employer: Mally Janitorial Services Location: Grand Cayman Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Compensation: CI$ 8.75 per hour Job Overview Mally Janitorial Services is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Commercial Janitor to carry out restaurant and commercial kitchen cleaning services. This role requires handling heavy-duty sanitation, kitchen deep cleaning, and daily dishwashing shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep cleaning of kitchen areas, including thorough degreasing and scrubbing of commercial stoves, grills, and cooking equipment.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans across daily operational shifts.
• Sweep, mop, sanitize, and maintain all kitchen and restaurant floor spaces.
• Perform routine opening and closing cleaning duties for bar and dining areas.
• Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals, degreasers, and commercial sanitizers.
• Ensure premises consistently meet Cayman Islands public health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5–6 years of verifiable experience in commercial cleaning, kitchen deep-cleaning, or janitorial services acceptable
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 11:00 AM and 1:00 AM, including regular weekends and public holidays.
• Physically capable of prolonged standing, heavy lifting, bending, and handling rigorous physical labor.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
• Clean police record / certificate of conduct.
