Photographer/Videographer

Job Overview

This role involves shooting residential and commercial real estate properties, producing high-quality photos and videos, and collaborating closely with our clients to showcase properties in the best possible light.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties.
• Perform aerial photography and videography using drones (must be licensed).
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet brand standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with the scheduling team and clients to plan shoot logistics.
• Maintain and organize digital assets for easy access and delivery.
• Stay current with photography, videography, and editing trends, especially within the real estate industry.
• Deliver completed projects within tight deadlines.
• Provide minor staging suggestions to enhance visual appeal during shoots (if necessary).

Requirements

• 3+ year of proven experience in real estate photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Proficient with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, and lighting equipment.
• Skilled in photo and video editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of composition, lighting, and camera settings for interior, exterior, and aerial shoots.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to different property locations.
• Drone Pilot Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D virtual tours (e.g., Matterport, Zillow 3D Home).
• Understanding of real estate marketing and branding.
• Creative eye and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

Base salary + commission (based on bookings)
