Finisher/Painter/Plasterer

We are hiring a skilled Finisher/Painter/Plasterer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality workmanship to join our team.

The key responsibilities are

Prepare and level surfaces using plaster, cement, or other materials Apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, and partitions using tools such as trowels, brushes, or spray guns Repair cracks, holes, and other surface damage to ensure a flawless finish Create smooth or textured finishes according to project specifications Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, and priming Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes with brushes, rollers, or sprayers Mix and match paint colors to ensure a consistent tone across all surfaces Perform touch-ups and final inspections to ensure high-quality results Follow blueprints, building plans, and detailed specifications

Requirements

Proven experience in finishing, painting, or plastering At least 5 years of experience in the Cayman Islands Construction Industry Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety procedures Ability to read and follow blueprints and project plans Proven knowledge of Stucco brands used for exterior finish Ability to lift + 50 pounds Experience working on scaffolding, ladders, and elevated platforms Comfortable working at heights of up to 10 stories A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Valid Cayman Islands Driver License Minimum of High school Diploma or similar We look forward to hearing from you.
