Consulting Senior Manager

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to be considered for positions as senior managers in our Consulting practice. With a focus on clients in the financial services industry, the successful candidates can expect to work as part of multi-disciplinary EY engagement teams to assist our clients with consultancy services, such as: internal audit/process & controls, technology risk assurance, performance improvement and risk management/financial crimes compliance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead multiple client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to participate in and deliver professional consultancy services as outlined above, and lead, alongside the partner, business development activities Work with the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business decision makers throughout the year to communicate value and inform them of the firms scope of services Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services

Requirements

A minimum of eight (8) years of recent relevant experience in a similar position with demonstrated career progression and leadership skills Prior experience working for a public accounting or professional services firm as well as experience in the financial services industry is required A bachelor’s or graduate degree in accounting, finance, business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or another related field An internationally recognized professional accounting certification, such as a CA, CPA, ACA or equivalent, or a service line relevant certification, such as a CAMS, CIA, CISA, CISSP, PMP or equivalent The successful candidates must have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to work a flexible schedule, as well as a dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment.
