Cay Electro is recruiting for the position of Retail Service Technician.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Interaction: Greet customers, provide technical advice, and explain complex issues and repair processes in easy-to-understand terms.
Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and resolve problems with a variety of digital devices, which may include computers, laptops, tablets and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and upgrade software, operating systems, and new hardware components. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
Documentation and Administration: Accurately record all work completed, parts used, and customer interactions within internal system.
Inventory Management: Manage and maintain stock items and spare parts.
Compliance: Adhere to company procedures and data protection policies.
