Applicants must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in commercial food establishment and in assisting with all forms of the kitchen production process including but not limited to: assisting with kitchen item preparation and production, assisting with running the kitchen, assisting with equipment sanitizing, assisting with processing special orders for kitchen. Must be honest and possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work as a part of a team. Must be willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and on shifts.
