For this role you'll need to be a Cayman Islands Attorney, with at least 10 years PQE gained in an international law firm and have significant experience across investments funds, corporate and finance matters. You must have a good reputation in the market, be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills as well as a desire and ability to develop and motivate others and enjoy working in a collegiate culture. As this is a senior role within a global practice, we expect you to have excellent client management skills, strong technical knowledge and the ability to bring in new business. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll also need strong time management skills, a high level of IT proficiency, commercial awareness and a solution orientated approach.
