About the Team & Business Line

As Manager of Corporate Administration, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality client services, supporting colleagues across Citco's global offices, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. You will play a crucial role in strategic planning, process improvement, and maintain excellent client relationships.

Your Role

  • Oversee and optimize registered office and board support services for a large portfolio of key client companies, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance statutory filing processes, including proactive management of deadlines and liaison with local authorities.
  • Lead initiatives for streamlining document execution and legalization procedures.
  • Enhance board support services, including implementing best practices for meeting coordination, board pack preparation, and minute drafting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and maintain cross-office procedures within the Caribbean and Americas region.
  • Drive continuous improvement in internal administration processes and departmental efficiency.
  • Initiate, lead, and successfully deliver strategic departmental projects.
  • Work directly with the CFS Cayman management to establish, monitor, and achieve departmental KPIs
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for team members.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to supervisors and team members.
  • Represent the department in cross-functional initiatives and client meetings.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • ICSA qualification or equivalent corporate secretarial certification required
  • Advanced knowledge of ViewPoint database and similar industry software
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cayman Islands AML, Compliance regulations, economic substance, and beneficial ownership regime
  • In-depth knowledge of BVI law and regulations
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving process improvements
  • Expert-level understanding of Cayman Islands Registry of Companies and CIMA obligations
  • Detailed knowledge of Cayman Islands entity lifestyle and processes, including formation, dissolution, and day to day transactional management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead local and remote teams, mentor staff, and foster a high-performance culture
  • Experience of managing complex clients over multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Caymanians and Cayman status holders preferred
