Site Superintendent

Encompass Ltd. specializes in creating inspirational homes and providing extraordinary vacation experiences through intelligent, innovative design. Encompass creates a unique and exciting home-building experience. We are seeking a full-time Site Superintendent with extensive experience of working with and managing high-end projects. The candidate will need to be driven, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of our team and exceptional construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and ensure successful project execution.
• Manage and lead teams of workers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
• Implement rigorous quality control checks to maintain high standards, particularly in luxury finishes.
• Organize and coordinate tasks with exceptional time management to meet strict budget and timelines.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, foster trust and project success.
• Apply creative thinking to solve challenges and enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 10+ years of direct, hands-on construction experience working on high-end construction projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• A demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for motivating teams and ensuring cohesion on-site.
• A strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Effective communicator with experience managing client relationships and expectations.
