Nini's Fashion is seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Associate in George Town. Responsibilities: delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment. Greet customers and assist them with product selection while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions. Achieving sales targets, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally, assisting with inventory control, performing warehouse duties, supporting customer deliveries, and lifting up to approximately 50 pounds when stocking shelves or handling merchandise. Applicants must have at least five (5) years of retail or sales experience. Spanish language skills and knowledge of body shapers and fashion apparel are considered assets. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays. Full-time position. 140 hours per month. Working hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with a one-hour lunch break. Sundays are off, and the second weekly day off will vary between Monday and Friday. Additional hours may be required to meet operational needs. The position offers CI$8.75 per hour, plus health insurance and pension contributions.
