The Kitchen Helper at Chick N Go is responsible for supporting all areas of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking assistance, ingredient portioning, dishwashing, inventory rotation, sanitation, and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate must be highly dependable, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and able to consistently perform in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to applicants with several years of continuous experience in our kitchen, proven knowledge of our recipes, food preparation procedures, equipment operation, opening and closing duties, stock management, and the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours. The successful candidate must have an excellent attendance record, strong teamwork, and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining the quality and efficiency expected by Chick N Go.
