Cayman Learning Centre & School seeks an experienced, highly organised professional for a part-time role supporting admissions, family relations, school operations, HR, finance and compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining confidential student and personnel records; coordinating admissions, attendance, staff onboarding, work permit documentation, invoicing and procurement; preparing quarterly MoET reports; and contributing to SEF/OES self-evaluation through analysis of attendance, behaviour, safeguarding and operational evidence. The role also includes designated Safeguarding Officer and Fire Marshal responsibilities, subject to appropriate training and appointment. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law/Legal Administration, HR, Education Administration or a related discipline, with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and substantial professional experience. Strong organisational, communication, reporting and computer skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently are essential. School administration, compliance or regulatory reporting experience is advantageous. Hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch (25.5 paid hours weekly; 110.5 average monthly hours). Salary: CI$15–20 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Approximately six weeks of scheduled school closure may be unpaid, subject to statutory leave, public holiday entitlements and contractual terms. Benefits in accordance with Cayman Islands law.
