TEAM LEADER

Qualifications & Responsibilities We’re seeking team-oriented individuals with a strong customer focus, initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude. This is a fast-paced supervisory role requiring attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Requirements

• Experience working a restaurant, retail or similar customer focused environment
• Willing to work shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Open to training across all core crew positions and to participate in training General Crew members
• Able to stand for extended periods, with frequent bending and kneeling
• Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs.
• Customer-friendly, reliable, and hardworking
• Intermediate computer skills including use of Microsoft Office
• 160 - 180 Hours Work Month

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders (including headset/drive-thru) and provide clear communication
• Operate restaurant equipment (grill, fryers, slicers, POS system, etc.)
• Deliver accurate, efficient service in a fast-paced environment
• Follow directions, policies, and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels
• Work collaboratively and adapt to changing tasks
• Attend work regularly and complete required training
• Supervise General Crew Employees performing the above duties
• Report to Assistant Manager and District Manager
