Recreation Coordinator

Recreation Coordinator / Concierge (Watersports, Tennis, Pool & Beach) Must have a lively, outgoing personality and have a passion for the outdoors. Make reservations for the Beach/Luxury cabanas, daybeds, Tennis Courts. Assist in making reservations for various activities including other departments and the hotel as spa, restaurants, golf and Ambassadors of the Environment. Other primary responsibilities include maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and comfort. Be able to provide information about the Resort and The Cayman Islands. Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.

The ideal candidate will have

• Hold a Current First Aid, C.P.R Certificate
• Excellent Communication skills in English, other languages preferred (Spanish, French Russian)
• Impeccable Customer Service (Previous guest service skills in a luxury resort preferred)
• Must be prepared to be outdoors in all weather
• Ability to assist in all areas of the pool and beach
• Experience working with children (care, comfort and entertainment)
• Ability to work outside all day and during extreme weather conditions
• Computer Literate i.e. Excel, Word, Window applications, Micros, Opera, Spa Soft
• 2 or more years in similar role or Concierge experience
• Ability to work a flexible scheduled including weekends and holidays
