Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Greet arriving guests and members with a warm, friendly welcome; assist with check-ins/check-outs and handle inquiries promptly.
Anticipate and exceed the needs of members and guests by offering refreshments, amenities, and personalized service throughout their stay.
Conduct tours of club facilities, including fitness, spa, and changing areas, to ensure guests feel comfortable and pampered.
Promote spa treatments, facilities, and retail products; recommend and upsell services based on guests' preferences.
Follow opening and closing procedures in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain immaculate standards in changing rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, public spaces, and wet areas, report maintenance issues to the Spa Manager.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of club offerings to support seamless operations.
Share guest and member feedback with leadership and team members. • Provide support to front desk, housekeeping, and other teams as needed; perform light cleaning duties.
Resolve guest or member issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain a tranquil, serene, and welcoming atmosphere across all areas.
Perform additional related job tasks assigned by leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Able to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and perform light cleaning.
