Janitor

The successful applicant will be required to perform a full range of janitorial and housekeeping responsibilities in residential properties. Duties will include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors; washing and cleaning floors and other surfaces; ironing and maintaining clothing, linens, and other household items; and cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas, including walkways and entryways. The successful applicant will also be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the premises and performing any additional duties assigned in the capacity of Janitor or as directed by the contractor.
