Our Advisory practice is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Restructuring & Insolvency team. In this role, you will use your experience, judgment, and leadership skills to deliver quality results, coach others, and help solve complex client and business issues. You will be expected to identify underlying issues and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and lead teams through complex and uncertain situations with composure. The role also involves developing your expertise, coaching others, resolving issues affecting team effectiveness, and upholding the firm’s professional and ethical standards. Applicants should have more than 5 years’ of experience in insolvency, restructuring, or forensic accounting, together with an internationally recognized professional accounting designation. Sound knowledge of insolvency law and practice gained in a Commonwealth jurisdiction is essential, as is experience in the financial services industry. Strong client relationship skills, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills, are also required. Manager or Senior Manager staff grade will be based on experience and interview. Salary: CI$85,588 – CI$136,325 with an annual bonus opportunity. Working Hours: The normal working hours of the Firm are 37.5 hours per week. In line with your role and group, you will be required to work overtime when necessary to ensure client and Firm demands are met.
