The Baker will prepare dough and a wide range of pastries, like cookies, cakes, pie etc., and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other teams and staff and work in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating specialty equipment such a proofer, mixers, and being skilled with your hands.
